Alain is the commanding force behind the kitchen at Olivia Restaurant & Lounge.
Leading the restaurant’s operations, COO Miquel Sabrià, the former Michelin Sommelier with a background at Roca Moo, Ismaya Group, and Catalunya Restaurant Hong Kong and Singapore, curates an expansive list of Spanish and international wines that are intentional from every angle.
Olivia Restaurant & Lounge is designed by the renowned, Barcelona based, Lázaro Rosa-Violán, with music curated by in house DJ Null, to take diners seamlessly from day to night.
